According to reports, most organizations and successful firms are owned by “whites” who employ only their own kind into management but keep “blacks” on the lower rungs of the ladder. But it’s not always the case, we have “blacks” as well in certain organizations doing well in the management level making an impact. So what is the problem again?

The news is washed with the ongoing xenophobic attacks in South Africa against Nigerians and fellow African Citizens by South African Citizens. Social media is awash with several facts, verified and unverified of Nigeria’s role in the liberation of South Africa from the throes of apartheid. And videos throng the cyberspace of Nigerians being killed, mobbed and the counter-attack by Nigerians on South African interests in Nigeria. According to a 2005 World Tourism Organisation report, 7,518,000 tourist visited South Africa alone, second only to Egypt with 8,244,000 tourists. This tells me that, concerted efforts has gone into making this a revenue and profit center for the South African Community, whether black or white.
